if you don’t order on the app they’ll never make your food
I ordered Mac and cheese for my kids and it’s still not ready 40 minutes later. Panera used to be a nice cafe but the corporate overlords have ruined this business too. Waste of my time and money. I’ll only buy it at Costco because that’s the quality level it is now.
Our food took over an hour. Food was made incorrectly. The bathrooms were filthy. There was urine and toilet paper all over.
