Rude and condescending. Make routine errors.
This place seriously needs to fire everyone and replace with the staff that want to work and serve the customers.
So you have to use the kiosk or just leave. I ordered an Asiago bagel, sliced and toasted. The computer said Ok you are set. Go to pickup counter and wait for your name to be called. There were maybe 15 people waiting and they were not calling anyone’s name, just setting bags on the counter. I spotted the reader board and sure enough, there was my name and my order was up. One of the worst ever panera bread. They don’t even give the full order. They take the full payment but cut the order in half. On pick two, they only gave one sandwich.
The Cleveland Clinic Panera Bread location has declined over the years. You pay for extra items and don't receive them. Bad product and bad attitude from staff. Not a pleasant location. You would think the Clinic would monitor better. The upper Euclid location is better. No stars.
