In one week they messed up 3 orders. Wrong salad dressing on one, no avocado for another which I had paid for, and 2 slivers of avocado on an order that cost 3.50 extra for extra avocado.
Been there many times I have ordered my chicken wild rice soup, taste ok, but very pricy for small amount of soup. Baguette bread so hard and dried up, stale! Can be long wait to get soup done especially busy times during the day. Floor and tables not well kept clean, often see bread crumbs on table and on floor. Didn’t appreciate for getting very small size portion for Mac n cheese that cost $9 or more. Never again come back here to order food at Panera bread. It’s not worth it. Very disappointed.
Do you like getting your food 30 minutes past the time the app says it will be ready, but also getting an order thats wrong? Well buddy, then this is the place for you!!!

What I received and what I ordered look like two very different items and the dining area is a disaster. I don’t think one table or booth was clean :(
