Great customer service. The employees were welcoming and mannerable. My order came out quick and correct. I will be back again. Recommend the Fuji apple salad, my favorite
Apparently when they call your name your order is not ready. Then when they text your order is ready it’s not really ready. Still not ready stay tuned!
Who manages this place. I feel like you have to purposely try to be this bad. From the lack of urgency or any type of manners and or desire to provide even a basic level of customer service- is mind blowing. I guess the approach is, well you’re stuck here in the hospital you’ll wait. It should be embarrassing to whoever operates this place. But somehow I doubt they care. That is fully expressed by the staff there. My guess is this is from the top down to not give two S’s
This panera location makes me want to boycott the entire company. Orders are consistently incorrect and always sloppily made. Employees are rude, unhelpful, and slow. Especially when it's busy. The Cleveland Clinic strives to provide world class care to its patients, but the businesses on the property are not held to the same standard. It's a shame and an embarrassment to those of us that are proud of where we work.
