So you have to use the kiosk or just leave. I ordered an Asiago bagel, sliced and toasted. The computer said Ok you are set. Go to pickup counter and wait for your name to be called. There were maybe 15 people waiting and they were not calling anyone’s name, just setting bags on the counter. I spotted the reader board and sure enough, there was my name and my order was up. One of the worst ever panera bread. They don’t even give the full order. They take the full payment but cut the order in half. On pick two, they only gave one sandwich.
The Cleveland Clinic Panera Bread location has declined over the years. You pay for extra items and don't receive them. Bad product and bad attitude from staff. Not a pleasant location. You would think the Clinic would monitor better. The upper Euclid location is better. No stars.
I usually love Panera’s eggs soufflé’s but please Do NOT buy it here at this location. I’ve bought it here twice and both times there’s literally no eggs in the soufflé. You literally pay $9 for a crust.
Absolute ripoff. This $10 whole (not half) sandwich was supposed to have been made on ciabatta bread. Clearly it was made on a tiny baguette. The ordering device informed me that they were out of baguettes as sides and I had to have an apple as my side. Apparently they are using the side baguettes to make sandwiches. It's also simultaneously soggy and burned. Don't eat here.
