Good food. Good service.
Was the only person in the drive thru and only ordered a half sandwich and a half soup and waited over 15 minutes. The food here is absolutely not worth the price and especially not worth the time it took. Panera is WAY overpriced and going down in quality/quantity. Will happily never come here again.
The employees are very rude. They stand behind the counter, refusing service to anyone. (Thus, forcing you tonuse kiosk) If you approach the counter and then walk away, you can hear them making rude comments about current customers. We literally waited to make a purchase, and after 4 minutes with zero service, the girl said, "Yeah, go away." Management needs to address these workers!
