Sad thing is half the order was missing, when I went back I was told they were out, and it seemed like shorting an order was my problem, not theirs, Panera is off my list, if I pay for it I expect it or a refund, if I don't get it it's just theft. The way I was blown off left a bad taste in my mouth, 39$ after tip and I got a soup, half a grilled cheese and a sandwich. Panera and Vanderbilt need to do better. This place is awful. Staff, service, and options. They literally r out of everything, every day. What a shame in a hospital.
This place always has the sloppiest made sandwiches with awful ingredient quality. Makes me sad for the Panera I had as a child. I can’t believe they cut funding for fresh bread to make more money. The only reason why I go sometimes is for convenience while I am at work.
Top notch place to have breakfast.
Nice quick friendly service (6:30am). Park in the garage and go up the ramp near the north medical building and it's to the left.
