There are a couple staff members at this location who are impolite and forget their customers are predominantly hospital staff or family and friends of loved ones. I, a customer of Panera and an aunt to a patient who was life flighted to the hospital, was treated very rudely by the Team Lead staff member at this location. Wow. I didn’t know a Panera could be so bad. The staff was downright annoyed and rude, the food was hard and stale (?) Just awful. The only outside restaurant at Vanderbilt hospital and it’s terrible.
The women are rude
