I prefer to give them no stars at all!! Every single day they are out of something, and I mean everyday! I ordered online....im durn near due to have my baby...I get all the way there and they say they dont hve it! Then ask what else would I like, I ask what are my choices, they only hve one durn soup besides the one I ordered. Idc what time a place closes...you kp serving until your closed!! Ill never ever eat there again, and I dont recommend them at all!! I dont eat McDonald's....but I cant believe they got rid of them fo... read more

I should have trusted the reviews and gone elsewhere… You would think that with the killer location and constant flow of people, this location would be KILLING it but they can’t be making much money considering they are out of stock on everything. I wasn’t able to order what I wanted originally because they were out of a lot of their options on the menu. There are a couple staff members at this location who are impolite and forget their customers are predominantly hospital staff or family and friends of loved ones. I, a customer of Panera and an aunt to a patient who was life flighted to the hospital, was treated very rudely by the Team Lead staff member at this location. When the Team Lead staff member approached the register to take my order, she didn’t want to look me in the face and was extremely rude when taking my order. Wow. I didn’t know a Panera could be so bad. The staff was downright annoyed and rude, the food was hard and stale (?) Just awful. The only outside restaurant at Vanderbilt hospital and it’s terrible.
