Panera bread drive thru has become a part of my daily routine. The food/drinks are always fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff has become such a pleasant part to the start of my morning. They are friendly, kind, and you can tell they are happy working together. Special shout out to Ally and Cheyenne. They always remember me and ask how my day is going. Love this place!
The one major thing that grosses me out is the stench of this Panera location. Every time I have been inside it smells like some sort of bodily fluid. Once I smell it I have absolutely no appetite. A few times I have been there where the customer service is not up to par either. I asked for salt one time and the employee mentioned they did not have any. This was the longest I’ve ever waited for food anywhere besides the Argyle Starbucks. We arrived right at 7:00 PM and waited 17 minutes just to receive one of our two pickup orders. It then took over 30 minutes to get our two drinks. On top of that, we also ordered two drinks through the drive-thru while waiting. Great drive-through experience at Panera! Sophie helped me out and I realized I ordered the wrong size—she fixed it quickly with no hassle at all. Service is everything nowadays, and Sophie absolutely nailed it. She deserves a raise!
