I have had 2 delivery orders never show, never able to get a hold of anyone on the phone to help. I gave them a second shot today after the first delivery issue. Will never use again.
Today we visited Panera and had a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of two employees from the sandwich preparation area and the manager. First, I want to acknowledge that Lisandro, the cashier, provided excellent service: respectful, kind, attentive, and very professional. His service was 100 out of 100. The problem occurred with Veronica (Manager) and Luz (sandwich preparer). I ordered my bread toasted, but they heated my entire sandwich, including the tuna.
