My order took such a long time. I came to the counter to ask where my order was many times and it didn't come. The workers didn't seem to know where my order was. They were so disorganized and confused yet they still work fast. The manager wasn't helpful at all to straighten out the confusion and told me it would be ready soon......senario repeated againnnn.

I had the most embarrassing experience at this Panera branch today. As I was waiting to placed my order just before leaving_ I was approached by an older white woman by the name of IVANA, who claimed to be the general manager of the place. She seemed very territorial and acted like she owns the place. She did walk up to me and wanted to know whether I was waiting on an Order, which I was going to do just before leaving.
