Horrible service. I’m so disappointed with the Store Manager Ivana Custred and cashier. I placed an online order for rapid pick up at 12:24 for a simple half Caesar Salad and a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I show up and stand in line behind three people because currently no orders are on the pickup shelf. Right before I get to the cashier who turns out to be the store manager Ivana, another woman by the name of Abigail appears and asks if I have a pick up. I say yes and share my name. Clean place, decent food, and good services. However, the AC is way too cold! There are people with computers, or books; studying quietly. However, some people were talking on the phone or having a long conversation on a “speakerphone”. So, if you are somewhat enjoying listening to all kind of stories, then, ok. Sunday 3/9, somehow the back door area, near the drinks dispensers, somehow it smelled like someone was smoking. The front part smell clean.
