Veterans led to believe that Panera offered a free pastry or bakery item and coffee on veterans day, but it was false advertising to get them in the door. Won't come back. Other places are more honest and care about veterans.
Horrible...no staff I summize. Dirty tables, over flowing garbage, no cashier (posted to use kiosk only), traffic cone blocking drive thru, baked product everywhere not displayed. I saw glimpses of 2 workers so paid for 2 cookies out of hunger and grabbed them myself after waiting 10 minutes for a kiosk. For how long it took for food to come out, you would think their customers service was better and more inviting.
Very slow. If you order on the app they mark it as ready, but it is not. It’s taken us 10 minutes just to get a cup off coffee many times. This Panera has always been the slowest in town by far! Update. They sometimes have the cups out for self service. So I’d go up in my review except they closed the dinning room with no notice. So you placed your order ahead it gave no notice on the app. So you’d have to go through drive through. Update: still often behind. They put a post it note “up to an hour wait”.
Waited over an hour for food. Gave me a laughable portion of soup.
