Order is always wrong. The workers always seem to be in La La Land. Ordered pick two and a bread bowl. No bread bowl. Notified them & watched two people fiddle-faddle over the contents of my bag, appearing confused. They finally got a bread bowl and put it in the bag. The time that they took to figure this out, my soups are now cold. It’s not rocket science.
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Panera Bread. Cashier Darynis couldn’t get my order right, she gave me the wrong drink the first time, and when I finally received the correct drink (a chai latte), it was half empty. I even had to purchase another drink just to fill the cup. I come to this location often and have never had an issue until today. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
I am a Dasher that comes here every single day. My name is Jason and I would like to give a shout out to Kaylie she’s so nice and polite as most of the staff there I can’t say I have met one that wasn’t but she always has my orders ready and I just like to pay it forward and let people that are working hard with a smile on their face get recognition cause it’s not easy. A nice fast food restaurant with great options, except they don't have Gluten free bread. The Harvest meddley Chicken salad was excellent, but I had to ask for more dressing. They have a good kids menu.
