I was at Panera the other day I am a regular and I noticed one of the most kind workers there per- usual and her hat wasn’t fitting right.. so I asked why don’t they give you a different kind or maybe a bigger one the worked then told me that they don’t offer another kind of hat or a bigger one when it’s clear that her hair can’t fit into the hats..with the diverse hair types that people have I would expect Panera bread to accommodate for all.
Great quiet place to eat and relax.
After living on this side of town for 3 years and visiting this Panera location I can honestly say that this location has only gotten worse and worse. The food quality has gone down and most of the workers are lazy. The weekend team is the worst and today I can a little before 11am and ordered a breakfast croissant and avacado toast. I was told sorry breakfast is over. I asked the worker well why is it that all the other days I have came at this time if you have breakfast items available you still allow me to order them but ... read more
