I spent twenty minutes trying to order two cranberry walnut chicken sandwiches from the Joliet Jefferson Street Panera . It was ridiculous. I have an account, they not only rejected my password, they wanted to send a validation code text to my land line. The website is a mess, whoever set it up should be fired! When I finally managed to get through to a person by phone, he said I couldn't order by phone, and anyway he was in the middle of a rush and couldn't take my order anyway.
