I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service at Panera! From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Salads have been disappointing. Especially the cost. I've tried 3 different kinds so far, and they just don't hit the spot.
The staff are all-stars! Very courteous and have infectious smiles! The restaurant and bathrooms were spotless! Definitely, would give them a shot if you’re looking for healthier food options!
If this wasn't my hometown Panera Cafe, I would drive here just to enjoy the experience created by this team!! My husband and I are Sip Club members, so we visit the Yuba City Panera nearly every single day (often multiple times daily). We often visit locations in other towns when we travel.
