Very poor service from store supervisor Kathryn. Staff was very nice. Came in for a double toasted bagel, egg whites and cheddar breakfast sandwich. Realized it was not toasted as requested. Took it back to the counter and requested to have it toasted again. Kathryn was very rude. Stated she could not take it back because it had left the food counter which is understandable due to food safety rules. Told me to put it in the microwave. I refused because I wanted it toasted. Everything was very clean and everyone was super nice and helpful! Food is always amazing too🥰
Most people come here to work/study... why are you playing POP music so loud????? At least play some quiet chill music. It's overstimulating.
