I would like to give a huge shout-out to the catering manager at this location, Maddy. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had scheduled a catering order a week in advance, but our training was unexpectedly canceled and rescheduled for the following week. I contacted Maddy to see if it would be possible to move the order since it had already been paid for, and she handled everything flawlessly. Wanted to share my experience the other day at this Panera location on 12/16/25. I walked in with my mom speaking toddler and ordered at the kiosk. I then was flustered and walking through the restaurant looking for a table and high chair. A man who I believe was the manager saw me and immediately helped and offered to get the high chair and take it where I wanted it.
