Editing my review: I’m a regular now. They seemed to have worked all the issues out. They are very up front when they have to make a substitution. Consistently have coffee ready. Sip club is a great deal. Previous: Comically bad. 50/50 chance of dining room or drive through closed. Runs out of coffee sometimes. No filters, no decaf etc.
Don't request delivery. I received a wrong order. I phoned the store, they said contact delivery driver. Store blamed driver, driver blamed store. Never again!!!
While I love Panera Bread, today must have been an off day. I ordered a two pick two (half salad and sandwich) and they totally forgot my sandwich while I was waiting for a long time too. I don't have time to go back to get it as I have to eat and get back to work but definitely not helping the Monday blues.
Service is great, staff are always very friendly. Been my local Panera for several years and I have zero complaints. Cooper is the GOAT.
