W panera bread very good food and service 10/10 would recommend
The food was good. The service was awful. Couldn't hear me in the drive through. So I went inside to pick up my order everyone was rude and annoyed that I came in to pick it up. While waiting I heard an employee making fun of one of the sandwiches we ordered special for our daughter. The employee was saying it was weird just weird. I feel like commenting on a customer's order like that was uncalled for and rude. I dont know if I'll be ordering from here again for a while
I legit asked for an chipotle chicken avocado sandwhich and they only gave me one single small piece of avocado??? With barely any cheese or chicken either. Real lazy and disappointing.
I ordered a Turkey & Bacon Bravo toasted, along with cinnamon rolls. When our order was called, they had made a ham sandwich instead and told me the truck with the turkey “was coming.” The sandwich we received was also not toasted. When I asked about it, the manager said kids’ sandwiches are not toasted. I explained that this was not a kids’ meal — we paid $12.29 for it. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager was rude.
