This is the worst / slowest Panera I have ever been to. Every time I come, I have to spend a minimum of 5min in the drive thru line even when I place and order ahead on the app, there have been multiple times where I have waited 15min in the drive thru line. Also, this location is always out of cookies, no matter what day of the week or time of day I come 9/10 they do not have the cookie or bakery item i ask for and sometime even after I place for pickup in the app, once I get to the window they say they are sold out. ALESHIA at the register was so helpful friendly upon arrival gave great suggestions stopped by after our order was received to ensure everything was ok… it wasnt, she rectified our order and did it with a smile.
