For a restaurant that should do one thing well, baked goods, they fail miserably. Other than the young lady who took my order, the staff was unmotivated and unorganized. A complete goat rodeo.
They are always out of spinach bacon quiche so this morning, I thought ahead and ordered 2 before I ever left home. Thinking they would be ready shortly after my friend and I arrived at 8. At 8:05, I checked to see if they were finished. I got all kinds of excuses and even got blamed by an assistant manager, I think. Went thru the drive thru this morning at around 0910. Asked for two four cheese soufflés, they only had one. Then I ordered 6 bagels sliced, and a tub of honey walnut cream cheese. I get home and bagels aren’t sliced and they gave me PLAIN cream cheese. 😭 what a disappointment. I also ordered a large drink and was given a medium. Extremely disappointed with my visit as I do frequent Panera.
A great spot for healthy options. Love the soups and salads.
