01/2026 - ordered again to see if they improved. This is probably the worst Panera in Columbus. No breads, No chips, No avocado etc. Are you kidding me? Why don’t just shutdown the store? ———————- Most items (not one or two) at this Panera is sold out. We tired to order dinner online many time around 7.30 pm and visited this Panera in the evening as well. They don’t have some soup and sandwiches you like. Come on, do some inventory management. You are losing lot of business.

Food is always good out of this location. They could be friendlier, but now-a-days it’s expected.
