It’s the staff, may be it’s understaffed or they just plain are not interested in working. Dirty dining room, slow mobile ordering. Mobile order was to be ready at 10:38 am and after asking three employees I got it at 11:03 am.
The complexity of pouring one cup of soup was evidently so overwhelming for their line staff that I waited 20 minutes for it .
I go to different Panera's every day. Always a good experience and prices are reasonable. The coffee program is a good deal.
