Panera continues to go downhill.
Poor service
In general, Panera has gone downhill in recent years. My soup was cold and I had to go microwave it myself. I remember when they used to warm up the baguettes, but mine felt if it may have been refrigerated. There's a giant "I don't care" attitude among the people who work there and the restroom was dirty. Very disappointing. I'm not sure I will ever go back.
