Avoid at all costs, I spent an hour here waiting for my food to be made. Definitely not a quick rest stop.
I'm not one to be a Karen, but I was very disappointed in the amount of chicken salad on my sandwich. A measly small scoop on each half of the sandwich, covering 1/3 of the bread. This thing was $11.19. Very disappointed and wish I noticed it before driving away.
We were happy to see a Panera on the Thruway but not so happy when it took them over 30 minutes to fill our order. Clearly they're having staffing issues.
There was literally 5 employees. And i was the only customer and it took them over 10 min get started on my order.
