I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had. I came in at the last minute looking for my favorite sweet treat ( orange scones) and David was a true lifesaver. He was incredibly kind and went to the back to get me some scones that were not only fresh, but "super duper fresh" and delicious. On top of that, he was genuinely nice about it. David, thank you for making my day! This kind of service is what makes a place truly special. (Panera in Islandia)
I'm a member of the Sip Club which is great. However in this location they refused to brew light roast coffee which they were out of. This is the only Panera that has done this. It wasn't even that late, 7pm. Unacceptable.
Honestly they got my order wrong and it completely ruined my day.
