This is the 3rd time I've gone to get coffee there in a week, they do not mix the creamer or sugar in to the coffee when you ask for a coffee with sugar and creamer. They will hand you a full cup of coffee to the brim and you are expected to figure it out in your car. I asked the lade at the drive through about it and brought up that issue, and she said she would leave me a half inch so i could STILL figure it out and mix in creamer and sugar into my coffee. Very disappointing experience. They were out of one of the food items I ordered, my name was still entered incorrectly even after I provided it, and it took over 20 minutes to receive a simple avocado toast. Expected much better service.
Clean restroom and delicious unsweet tea.
Super clean restaurant (and pretty new). Employees were very friendly and food was fresh.
I am very astonished the customer service of this Panera in Springdale. The servers were very friendly, frequently checking in on customers for any needs, accommodating to all needs. The food was also very elevated compared to any other Panera I have been to. I will return to delight in this superb venue once again!
