I'd give it zero stars if I could. They did not put all my food in the bag when going through the drive through.
I love the look of this Panera. The staff is friendly. I had an issue with my delivery and Amber was so amazing with correcting the issue. Definitely recommend.
We just had the most caring crew at Riverside Panera Bread! They were so thorough when taking our very large order and made sure the bag was handed over gently so the bag didn’t tear. The manager personally came out to make sure we had everything we needed before we drove off! This type of service is what will keep us coming back! Thanks Panera Bread!
First of all, we have loved Panera for years! NOT ANYMORE... The lady at the checkout told me if I go to the kiosk I can see pictures so naturally I thought I can also get the ingredients, NO. so I had to go back up to the counter and ask for a few different items bc it wasn't on the board either, everyone was now busy with drive thru so I waited and finally another lady stepped up to help & gave me the info after she looked it up.
