Uninspiring, unappealing. Service at the register was fine, but food took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. There was a line at the drive thru, but just two other table occupied inside. All three of us ordered pick two soup and salad combos. Soups were not hot-French onion soup was barely lukewarm and the cheese on top not at all melted. Salads were drenched with dressing and missing ingredients (olives on a Greek Salad, items on the southwest chicken) and the sad lettuce was already starting to turn brown in areas.
First time at this "New" Panera. They open at 6am. I got there a little pass 6am. Only to find out none of the bagel were done. How do you open a bagel shop with no bagel. So the first time visit didn't go so well. This shows poor management and schedule. Glad Panera is doing so well they can drive away new guest.
Save yourself the aggravation & drive to the Panera location on University Pkwy. This new location is beyond disappointing & inconsistent. I have an issue with something nearly every time I go here. The drive through is incredibly slow even with no cars in line, A mobile order will not be ready when the app says it is, A modified order will be missing ingredients, etc. It's a shame this location is managed so poorly.
I love panera bread, and i’m really glad they built this location so close to my house. The food is always good but every single time I go they are always out of main ingredients and always expect to sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes. The ingredients being out has been a main issue since this location opened, seems they are underestimating how much food they need.
