I’ve only been to two or three Panera Breads in my entire life, and I only ever came there for the food, but this time, I decided to try the coffee and whatever bakery item I felt would pair well with my drink. I had a regular Mocha Latte with the 2-pack Asiago Croissant Twists, and I gotta say, it was pretty good. i went for the first time today and i was going through a lot. i guess one of the employees noticed because they gave me an extra brownie and that really made my day. you don't know how far a small act of kindness can go or what someone is going through. i really appreciate the care the employees have for their customers at this store.
Multiple times now I've either not gotten an item or got wrong item
I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I just told Brandi to surprise me And she didn’t disappoint. I got the piña colada with banana and it was amazing. Thank you Brandi
