Out of stock on most things, wait time is exceptionally long for a carry out style restaurant. How are you out of chips by noon and why are you still advertising chicken salad when you're out of chicken!? Too expensive for what you get. 1 year update: They have not improved. Still regularly out of ingredients, and will still happily charge you full price for a forced substitution on a meal or full price for a drink when they know their soda fountain is out of order.
