I came here for a quick lunch on a Friday. And I ordered “Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken”. It took around 5-10 minutes for the salad to get ready, which’s not long. But I was disappointed to see that a lot of romaine lettuce pieces in my salad weren’t fresh. It seemed like they were frozen before! I came here as a healthy choice, but what I had wasn’t healthy at all!
Thought this was a bread bakery. Wrong. It is a glorified in price only Subway. For almost $27 I ordered what turned out to be two thin small slices of bread with a bit of stuff between it, and one long weird tasting barbecue sauce sandwiched by cardboard thick 'bread'. Oh, and the woman put a bit of chicken, cheese and 6 onion rings on this. Might as well not put anything as the 'chef recommended' (really? They have a chef???) Worst ever! Staff and management are extremely unprofessional! Food is old and never up to standards. I had a mix up a few weeks back with my uber eats order and they didn’t offer any compensation and no feelings to rectify their mistakes.. overall terrible customer service
The service and staff at this Panera have been absolutely incredible and so patient with me. I have never been to a Panera before, Adriana was so kind and helped me navigate the menu and brought all my food to me! I will definitely return to Panera. My food is delicious and my iced chocolate mocha drink sitch is fantastic.
