I ordered sandwiches without any meat, chicken, or bacon, but my order was made incorrectly twice. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, and when I informed the manager about the repeated mistakes, they did not apologize or make any effort to resolve the situation. Instead, the manager was rude and dismissive. I am very disappointed with both the poor customer service and the lack of professionalism. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
