The drive employees were very nice.
Jason was working tonight and took my order in the drive thru and let me just say I have never been so impressed with Panera! He was so sweet from taking my order, to taking payment and fulfilling my order. It’s so rare to have such good service with fast food type stuff. You guys should be proud to employ him. He was awesome!!!
I had an amazing experience ordering a last minute catering order of bagels and coffee for an event. Jacob and staff were able to accommodate my order on time. Excellent service.
