The cashier was very sweet and attentive, and the food quality and cleanliness of the place were fantastic.
We placed a to go order today for the first time at Panera and I'm really surprised by the quality and service I received. I'm not typically a fan of sandwich shops, but we were gifted a gift card for a few meals by a friend. I ordered the pick two combo and got the half toated Italiano with the half green goddess chicken cobb. My husband ordered the chicken bacon rancher. Ordered a bowl of soup with a baguette as the side in drive thru. The baguette piece was underbaked in the middle. Went into the store and got a new piece, but it was still underbaked on the inside. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a piece of focaccia bread (because it’s their thinnest bread and figured it would be fully baked). NOPE.
