I asked if a salad was vegetarian and the employee confirmed, turned out it wasn't and was all covered in bacon. Had to throw it away.
I recently picked up an order from Pannera Bred and was impressed by the fresh selection and appealing concept. However, my order included a soup that I hadn’t requested, another item was missing, and when I asked if forks were included in the salad bag, I felt the response from the staff was a bit unfriendly. I’m sure this was just an isolated incident, and overall I appreciate the quality of the food. With a little extra warmth, my experience would be absolutely perfect.

WORST PANERA BREAD I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. ORDER WAS TOTALLY WRONG AND I ORDERED THE CHICKEN SANDWICH. THERE WAS NO CHICKEN IN THE SANDWICH!!!! GLAD THIS WASN'T MY FIRST TIME AT A PANERA, IF IT WERE I WOULD NEVER GO TO A PANERA AGAIN!!!!!!!!
