I ordered the Toasted Caprese Focaccia, which looks lovely and sounds great. Look at what I received, below, versus the image. Yes, I know the images won't be exactly like what we receive, though they SHOULD be, but what I received was pathetic and looked disgusting, frankly. They should be deeply, thoroughly ashamed to hand someone food that looks like it had been dropped and stepped on it, while open. These sandwiches aren't cheap, but I get a marginally better version of this at a Starbuck's, and theirs are a joke as well... read more
