I was gonna give 4 stars for this but its only my coffee issue I had problems with. The food is good very good I love it. Prices to me are fair portions are good healthy options are a plus. Hmm my issue with the coffee I used to go everyday for a hazelnut mocha blended. Then randomly the taste would be off or to much of one thing and it would ruin my day cause im a coffe guy. What amazing service!!
I ordered online & ordered a big bowl of cream chicken rice soup. They didn’t have it & I asked if it’s possible to get 2 small cups of soup & they are both half empty. This was a joke. Customer service was good but this feels like a slap on the face. Not even half full.
8-22-26 First visit to Panera in probably 10 years. We skipped the self order station and got in line were only 2 other people were standing. Wife ordered Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad sandwich while I ordered the Carnitas Elote market Bowl. The sandwich was good, but had too much lettuce on it.
