The cashier at the window Estrella is always super rude !! When my family and I go to order she yells through the intercom and at the window she’s extremely rude. She rolled her eyes she was cussing under her breath. It’s a shame this place has horrible costumer services
The bacon turkey bravo is my favorite
Love the food here, my wife and I have been sip club members here which is a great deal that Panera offers. My only thing is the service is always inconsistent starting with the shift leader that is usually here. She always gives us a difficult time for picking up our sip club drink. I like to order my items off the kiosk and after that it always becomes difficult to receive one cup from anyone, much more her.
It’s such a shame that this place has such bad customer service considering the food is actually pretty decent. I have had the same rude manager help me out several times and each time I am surprised she is even still working there. The large blonde female manager has the most atrocious customer service skills and it trickles down to the other employees.
