Very good. Drivethru can be slow at times due to the limited food options on base, it gets crowded with long lines.
This is probably one of the worst Panera Bread's I've ever been to, I'm serious. I've ordered here a couple of times through drive thru pick up and the service is great, employees are fast and kind. I got the pick two and I chose the avocado chipotle sandwich with the wild rice and cream soup. The first couple times I noticed the sandwich is a smaller portion than other Panera's give but I thought it was just because it's a different policy here at this location. I frequently go to Panera and IMO this is the worst I've ever been. I can't give less than 1 I guess. They don't take care of the walk-ins because all their attention is on the only vehicle going to the drive-thru. The order kiosk needs to be improved enormously. Really disappointed.
This morning I ordered my breakfast through the app, but when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready because, for some reason, they couldn't see the order on their computer. After showing them my order number and the payment charged to my bank account, the person in charge took my phone with her. I was in my car waiting for them to resolve the issue, and I was late for work. It took them 20 minutes. When they finally gave me my order, no one apologized; in fact, they seemed annoyed with me. The customer service is terrible!
