Ordered food, and had missing items in food. No chicken for the CHICKEN Cesar salad. Cream cheese was warm. Ridiculous lack of training or care.
Just look at the reviews, they justify the insanely terrible customer service at this location. Stick to the other Panera breads
It’s unfortunate that you aren’t able to place orders over the phone. I hope in the future that can be arranged.
Nice nice cozy front area to eat. The staff was very friendly and in a rush everyone remained calm and were efficient. It was very nice to see people still using effective team work. I tried the autumn squash bread bowl 7/10 which is my highest rating for a soup. The combination of sweet and savory was amazing. I'll definitely come back to try the three cheese lasagna!
Worst drive through employee ever long waiting time, keep blaming the system, yelling …very bad never again
