I ordered the Pick Two and paid the extra $2.49 to upgrade to the grilled seasoned chicken, and I’m still trying to figure out where my money went. The tomato soup came in what feels like a smaller cup than Panera used to serve, and it was filled at least 3/4 of an inch below the top. No croutons either. Apparently we’re rationing soup now. Soup was fine, as it should be coming out of a bag, but the bread, not so great. Been ordering Panera for years and I always get a bread bowl with my soup. Its always brown-dark brown, crispy and dense and fluffy on the inside. This location apparently didnt get the memo, I ordered what I always order and the bread bowl was golden "not cooked long enough" and super sticky and doughy on the inside. This location (Oregon Ohio) is listed as dine in available, but when we got there we discovered it was a quick pick up/drive thru. Nothing quick about this location! Multiple employees just standing around, waited over 30 minutes for our small, uncomplicated order, we were the only people in the building and it appeared employees were prioritizing the drive thru, when we got our order, items were missing and incorrect and had to be remade which ended up taking more time because it appeared that only one employee was actually... read more
