The soups taste great!! ☺️ But most of the time, an online order will never be ready for pickup until you get there and wait longer. The food is left by the window and even tho there's multiple workers, no one will hand it to you when it's done, so then it's barely warm/cold. They always forget something, the tiny baguettes, the dip sauce, the size you paid for, croutons, never fails. Also good luck with bread bowls, never had one there, always unavailable. ordered a chicken southwest salad through Doordash. Arrived without chicken.
Horrendous , prices are an outrage , slower than molasses and when I pay 4.99 for a coffee at least fill it close to the rim , not 3” below the rim cmon now
I want to give a huge shoutout to David at Panera. His service was absolutely phenomenal—he was kind, patient, and very attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it truly made my day. Exceptional customer service like his deserves recognition.and they have drive thru!
