The cashier was obnoxious and rude. I ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese. The bagel looked like it was shrunken stale leftovers from several days ago. Not sure why the wait time was so long because the bagel wasn't toasted either. I posted a picture of what the bagels on display looked like and what I got was NOT that.
The Panera at Rush, where there are no other options for a coffee or snack, I received a pastry that was hard and stale at 7:15am. That means that the product has been in the case for 12-24 hours. This is the 3rd time I have been to a Panera at different locations but the food is always the same - generic, stale and expensive. Update 7/2 at 7:30am. bought an untoasred bagel and an hour later went to eat it and again it was hard and stale clearly from the day before. Kelly was really nice and sweet to my grandbaby. The sweets were tasty and the coffee very fresh.
