Don't bother using the app to rapid order at this location. Rapid orders aren't fulfilled until after the in store orders so you end up waiting longer.
The Panera at Rush, where there are no other options for a coffee or snack, I receieved a pastry that was hard and stale at 7:15am. That means that the product has been in the case for 12-24 hours. This is the 3rd time I have been to a Panera at different locations but the food is always the same - generic, stale and expensive.
The food excellent.
