There was a girl at the front near the pick up area doing the prep. I had a couple of questions and requests for my iced coffee with vanilla. She was so kind, courteous, respectful and sweet. I was upset to find that my salad container was half empty. I was shaking and didn't know what to do. I stopped home to grab my AK, just in case, then headed back to Panera to complain. The man apologized then made me a new salad 🥗 and gave me a free cookie 🍪. Suddenly my urge to kill was gone and I dropped to my knees and cried. They made everything right and for that they deserve 5 golden stars. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ 😊

I ordered cream of chicken & wild rice soup to take home; but gotten chicken noddle soup. I cannot return or exchange cause I’m already at home. When I started eating it, the soup is too salty. I hope next time… for the staff to double check the food before they put them in the paper bag.
They have to rename this. This is not a Panera, it’s like a Panera express with no seating. This totally defeats the business model of what makes Panera so successful
