continued decline in food quality and prices
No place to sit indoors, but outside seating is good and shaded. It was a hot day, but we were not too hot because of the umbrellas. Food was good. Service relatively quick. Store was clean.
Good food and atmosphere but second time I’ve been in and the nice girl behind the counter was overwhelmed because they were understaffed and manager was nowhere to be seen.
This Panera must be severely short staffed. Only a lone teenager to run the front cash register and prep food? That poor girl was trying as hard as she could - give her props (I didn’t catch her name) but management needs to get her some help. Totally unacceptable.
