I was filling up my drink and a employee accused me and asked me if I was the one who filled up the bottom of the pop machine with liquid....I kindly informed him I'm a customer and that his behavior was unacceptable....he continued to accuse me the customer who is always right of doing something wrong...like I would take the time to fill up the liquid in the pop machine just because? 1 out of 5 stars...I would give them less if I could
Have been eating here every week for the past 3 semesters and have noticed a considerable decline in the quality of customer service. Was recently faced with a rude cashier that would not take accountability for her mistake and would talk back to me in addition to messing up my order. This shit take forever and taste like hospital food
Paid $7 for the tiniest amount of chicken noodle soup… it had zero noodles or chicken in it but a whole lot of carrots… robbed in daylight
I had such a great experience at Panera Bread! Their sandwiches are absolutely delicious, perfectly toasted bread, and so many options to choose from. Every time I go, I find myself enjoying something new and flavorful. On top of that, the service is excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help, which makes the visit even better.
