Food was great! Tammy, the team lead, was not. She clearly didn’t give a care about customers….unfortunately I live in town and may encounter her once again (I believe in giving second chances)
Every time I get a tea from Panera it tastes like it’s been sitting out for three days. It’s really disgusting. I could understand if it was a once in a while thing but three times in a row, weeks apart, something is wrong.
Just went thru the drive thru for my sick wife to get her soup and get the daughter some Mac n Cheese and myself a soup, ordered Baguette Bread for all the sides and didn’t receive any of my bread. I live all the way in Pevely so was a 40min drive there and back and all they wanted to do was offer to replace my bread and a free cookie. By the time I get the bread and get back home our foods would have been cold and I guess they don’t realize gas is almost $4 a gallon at the moment. portions are ridiculous. i also spent 20 minutes in line and arrived after my designated pickup time and still waited a very long time in drive thru, and then i paid $17 for these portions?!? absolutely insane. the lack of lettuce in my salad, the bowl doesn’t even fill up the lid. my half bacon turkey bravo for this minuscule triangle shaped sandwich, should be $3 tops, however it’s more than $5. the price you pay for the portions you receive is preposterous. i will not be returning!!!
