I haven't been to Panera in awhile and decided to stop and grab some for lunch today for me and my toddler. There's so many new menu items since I've been there so I asked the drive through associate what he recommended. He recommended to me the best sandwich I've had in an extremely long time. It's the spicy steak asiago bagel sandwich, but sub everything bagel seasoned bagel instead of the asiago bagel. Great recommendation and can't wait to come back and get it again.
I used the kiosks and during the last several weeks, they have been calling out my name, which I do not appreciate and makes me uncomfortable, as I do not provide my name during my visits. When I brought up this issue, they were very blase about it, claiming that it was because it was coming off my credit card. Even if this is the case, they should not be getting my name off my card if I do not provide it. I do not like my name being called out for personal reasons and generally give a fake name when asked for restaurants.
Management didnt seem to understand the concept of pick up ordering over the phone. Ya know, the way people have ordered since the 90's lol.
