I waited in line at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to help me the worker walked by three times and they never gave us our food. We had to go up there five separate times and grab our food and they messed up our order three times do not go here is very bad and I spilled my drink everywhere.
My husband waited in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of him. When he got to the window, they said they accidentally cancelled the order (it was soup and a sandwich). It took an additional 10 minutes. When he mentioned that it was ridiculous how long it took plus the food was cold when he got it, the only thing that was offered to make it right was a pastry. 3 cars behind him left during this time due to how long everything was taking.
Coffee was delish
Great food, just didn't care a whole lot about the ordering experience. Had to manually search each item I wanted to order.
