Good 3 cheese grilled cheese sandwich. Tomato soup wasn't bad either
I usually don't leave bad reviews, but unfortunately our experience was subpar. Service was pretty slow. I waited around 20 or so minutes for a sandwich and a couple of containers of Mac and cheese. Which, I wasn't too upset about. I get delays but looking through other reviews, I see it is a common problem at this Panera. However, the worst thing was that we were serviced moldy drinks. My husband took a sip and immediately gagged. There was mold floating in the drink. Absolutely disgusting. Quality control is horrible.
The people who work here are so kind, they remember you and like having conversations. The food is delicious especially for the price! They don't usually skimp on the ingredients.
