We stopped here on our drive back to Maryland from the beach, and it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We accidentally placed our mobile order at the wrong Panera, but they quickly helped us place a new order at their location and even suggested calling the other store to request a refund. The restaurant was very clean, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stop on our trip!
I love this place. Absolutely my favorite.
Yesterday I ordered drive through chicken salad sandwich and soup. Sandwich had barely any chicken in it. So disappointed.But lady was so nice tho.
I had an order that was confusing and Dillon was super helpful and not irritated at all. The rest of the staff I interacted with were amazingly upbeat, positive and I left feeling like I ran into friends. Thank you!!
