This franchise is very understaffed or the employees are under trained. The employees are pleasant, but not getting orders right.
Gonna hold off on dropping to 3 stars bc she refunded my last diasterous trip. I really wish folks in the food industry would recall what it feels like to be rushed and hungry just trying to get through a shift. Folks go there and place a special order how hard is it to read and get the directions right(had to go back not once but twice nc they dont read and then process&comprehension is non existent) ? With these new systems consumers do everything but make it and wrap themself. Geez o Pete.
