They are consistently out of iced coffee. My mobile app says that my coffee order is ready but my cup Is never in the designated area for pickup. I always have to ask for it. The food is really good. But the service really needs to step up.
The only thing consistent about this panera is getting your order wrong and poor quality food. Review edit: its been a few months since my last review and things are even worse at panera. They were one of the few restaurants in town that I frequented and I won't be back. They are always out of stock of most ingredients.
