Went there recently and the chicken and rice soup was gelatinous. I asked about it and was told that's the way it always is, but I got it at other Paneras and it was actually soup. Last night I had Broccoli Cheddar Soup that had hardly any Broccoli in it and the baguette was soggy in the center as if someone had put eye drops in it. Not run by nice people and the food is below par. The Paneras in Harrisburg are much better.
