Panera has never messed up my order and I order there quite often. Something minor happened to my order and they were so polite and handled it so well. The blonde girl at the drive through was so sweet and the man on the phone was nice as well!

This is, without a doubt, the most dysfunctional Panera Bread in the entire United States. Our recent experience on August 3rd, 2025, confirmed this location's complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and food quality. This was not an isolated incident — this marks the second time my mother ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich only to receive it without any bacon whatsoever.
