I've never had a bad experience here. Food is always hot and delicious and always get exactly what I order correct!!! If you've never tried Panera Bread then do so now. You won't regret it. I will say this, they are a little pricey for the portions they give you. All in all decent place to grab a quick bite
The service in the drive-thru is the best ever. She is so nice, delicate and patient. Today is Thursday march 26 at 9 am. 😍💖
The food is mostly good. But you can tell about everything is pre-made and reheated... except the bread. That for sure is the best thing here and tastes super fresh. Everything else seems stale and underwhelming. The sandwiches are good but not WOW, and its super overpriced being stale and precooked. Its like McDonald's but 3x more expensive, and just slap on super fresh bread is all.
Bri came up and was very nice, asked about my food and wished me all the best with the day. Amazing food and service. Panera is definitely the place to get food
