Food was hot & portions were good... hated that you had to leave the location and go to the mall restroom.
Worst Panera in the area! Please go to Cicero or other location to get your moneys worth. On a Monday evening, they take more than 30 mins to prepare an order. I get it, it can be busy so I understand. Then they mess up the order and you are missing items which is unacceptable!
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it was sticking to the wrapper. I explained to Joe, who was the manager and he said that usually happens but OK have the sandwich was stuck to the paper and then I ordered a danish with my order and it’s so flaky and falling apart in her heart he told me it was made this morning My issue was not resolved
