I am a truck driver who eats at Paneras all over the country, and this is the worst location I’ve ever seen. The cashier was actively eating while handling cash and pulling food from the glass case with his bare, unwashed hands. When I asked for a remake, the manager, Jen, was incredibly rude and displayed a racist attitude toward me. She completely refused to warm up a fresh cake in the oven, told me to use a microwave, and forced me to take a frozen cake instead. Disgusting hygiene and an unacceptable, hostile manager on 06/07/2026 at 8:05am I eat at Panera Bread locations all over the country as a truck driver, and this is by far the worst and most unprofessional location I have ever stepped foot in. I will never return. The hygiene issues here are a massive health code violation. If you get a cookie, make sure it’s from the cookie sheet displayed next to the pastries and not prepackaged from yesterday or you will eat a day old stale cookie. I asked for the fresh cookie and apparently they want to push out the older product. Panera as a whole has went down hill in the last few years. This is my last official visit.
Tea was stale. No ice. Soup was as hot as lava and unedible. Will not return.
