It’s a Panera bread nothing special about it It’s conveniently located Inside the Belvidere oasis and has a Drive thru on the eastbound side going to Chicago This location is open from 8am-8pm Opens 1 hour later and closes 1 hour earlier than other Panera bread locations Employees are somewhat friendly Food is also alright (some good options and some bad options)
This is the worst place when it comes to customer service and getting a correct order. I ordered a extra hot Carmel Latte and it was basically cold water and milk and it was nasty. The guy taking my order was extremely rude. Do not come here!
Terrible food. Cold chibatta dipper with barely any of the dipping sauce included. Ordered a bread bowl that didn't even get delivered. Don't do it, too expensive for such a big disappointment
