The Panera Bread, Richmond Rd, Va, was rather disappointing. It took quite a while to get our food for 3 people. My french onion soup was luke warm and the croutons were rather soggy which I took to mean it had been sitting way too long. I always loved going to Panera, but this particular location was definitely lacking swift service, no atmosphere, and food sitting way too long without being.notified it was ready. I also missed the wonderful smell of freshly made breads and desserts in the showcases.
A great big shout out to my nearby Panera! I am sincerely grateful for the table setup to remember the fallen. It means so much to Navy Gold Star Mother to see such a beautiful setup displayed for Memorial Day. Brings tears to my eyes to know Panera cares enough to show others the true meaning of Memorial Day! Thank you! This is a huge military community that should honor and respect the fallen. And, show others today is not a day to say "Happy!" when speaking of Memorial Day. "Remember!" Love my Panera
The food, people and atmosphere are all excellent.
