Best order cashier that we ever had at any Panera. Very patient and made suggestions that were great
I went to order a large to go coffee and was told it would take about 15 minutes. So after 30 minutes I swung back through the drive-through to ask about the status. PATRICIA was so kind and accommodating. There was a miscommunication with a new worker and instead of simply shrugging it off or making it my problem, she was so kind and respectful, and thanked me for being so patient. She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I was satisfied as the customer. Many thanks and great job to whoever hired this lovely lady
This Panera is always clean, friendly, prompt, and has my iced coffee and tea, even late in the day. Great Panera!
