Tldr: Terrible experience from start to finish. Won't be returning to any panera anytime soon. At the ups store, decide to eat something, see panera bread. "I've never been to a panera bread before, lets try it out" walks into store, 3 women in line at the register. I look at the menu and decide what I want, see 2 men ordering at a self serve kiosks so I go therr and put my order in. $52. Ok... Pretty expensive but I ordered a few different things and the lobster mac and cheese is a limited time item, its probably just pricy... read more
The best of the best great costumer services the food is outstanding
Let me set the scene for you, it’s 9:00 pm, i had just gotten out of a long shift, hungry and tired. FIRST meal of the entire day and i choose panera. I did not know they close at 9:30 so that is my bad BUT that does not excuse the horrid service.I ordered half a sandwich which is what i usually get. while waiting I was getting stared at like i was an alien. when they had finally gave me my food this is what they gave me. $10 for something i can literally eat in two bites. i go here often i know what they side of their sandw... read more
