Horrible service! I guess conversation and giggles are more important to the employees there than doing their job!!!
Love the food. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! DRIVE THRU TOOK 40 MINUTES with only 3 cars before we ordered! RIDICULOUS!
Drive-thru order of two drinks and soup took 30 minutes. Staff was inefficient in taking the order and operating the window.
Today I ordered at the counter instead of the koisk. I explicitly asked for my sandwich not to have onions on my sandwich. The cashier, Kyan, did not mark that on my order and my sandwich did have the onions on it. I am disappointed that I was ignored when ordering, as that was the reason I used the cashier over the kiosk.
