Dirty all around. I dined in and recieved dirty cutlery. Flies were stuck to the lamps and it looked like a fly trap. Dust covered everything. This place needs a deep cleaning!!
I love this Panera!! Beautifully kept flowers to welcome you in the door and I received excellent service!!
No complaints about this Panera in terms of staff or food. However, I sit and study here several times a week and it is so cold you can’t even focus. I hear constant complaining from others around me that the temperature inside is unbearable. Please turn the air up so it’s warmer!!!
