I try to leave good reviews for places but I have to say my order today was very disappointing. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. When I went to pick it up, there was no one paying attention. One was tinkering with the drink machine and the others were servicing the drive through. So i asked for my order, waited a bit, got it, opened my sandwich and they had not cut through all the way so I couldn’t easily split it. I don't understand how they price their food.I ordered a half a sandwich that was supposed to be six dollars and change I was asked if I want a soda but said, no thank you. But I was still charged over 9 bucks for my sandwich.
Stellar customer service!! I came into the store on 2/2/2026 with an urgent catering order for later that same day and everyone I encountered there was so kind and so helpful. I will return on that merit alone. The food was great! Same Panera food experience I always get. Huge thank you to everyone there that day who made my work day less stressful.
A warm friendly atmosphere with quick service. The food was incredible and the staff were courteous as well as attentive.
