The food was good. High prices. Salad was given without dressing or butter for bread.
I’ve been to different Panera Breads in different states and this one in Medford Oregon has the best customer service. Noah had taken my order and he was very attentive kind and helpful. Thanks Noah for your patience with our decision on taking our order and being kind.
I went in last night and had a "You pick two" I ordered soup and salad. My salad came with no salad dressing on it and it looked like they didn't finish making the salad as it was missing toppings. I also ordered soup, when I got back to my table from picking it up, I had to go back to get a spoon, and then later for salad dressing. The worst part was the guy behind the counter was the "lead" or manager in charge, he just was not doing his job. He clearly did not look at the food he handed me.
