If you get something the staff doesn’t have to have any part in preparing it’s ok. The pre made pastries, muffins etc. are pretty good. Overpriced but good. If it has to be made you’re most likely going to be disappointed. Something will be forgotten, ingredients will be thrown on your sandwich with no care or thought. Most likely you will be stunned by the disparity between the picture, the price and the “food” you receive. Terribly slow, careless service if you're ordering hot food. Always stinks of smoke from a burnt oven. I don't know how they're still in business. Probably won't be for long. Decent, thoughtful, fairly healthy food, but not particularly cheap. Tourists are keeping it on life support.
Vivian was absolutely wonderful! Great customer service and a good attitude, would definitely recommend.
I really expected more. I won a $50 gift card, looked at their menu on line and ordered in person. The product I received looked nothing like their ad.
Iwe ate at this place today, it was horrible, soup wasn't hot, salad was gross, if I want to eat the core of a lettuce head I would just go buy a head of lettuce. $35.00 for food, I'll never eat there again , so disappointed and I will let corporate hear about it!
