This Panera is an absolute joke. The general manager clearly has no business working in customer service. She was rude, unhelpful, and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. When I asked for a recommendation, she rolled her eyes and gave an attitude like I was wasting her time. The wait was ridiculously long for food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting out. We placed an order online and it we selected to be ready at 6:55pm on the app. The app moved it to 7:40pm. We cancelled the order and decided to make the order in person. The drive thru cashier didn’t want to take any $100 bills. Our bill was $125 and we only had 2 bills. They refused to take our $100 bills. So we were really disappointed. This location sucks. It looked empty and they were trying to make us wait over 1 hour for our app order. Plus they didn’t want to take our $100 bills. Smh avoid this location
