This Panera is an absolute joke. The general manager clearly has no business working in customer service. She was rude, unhelpful, and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. When I asked for a recommendation, she rolled her eyes and gave an attitude like I was wasting her time. The wait was ridiculously long for food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting out.
