Great service and good specialty drinks. We all like their different flavored lemonades. Their Sip Club is a good option if you go here often. You can get one large drink every 2 hrs.
We ordered food but they did not have an avocado 🥑 so we had to change our order or go without. Not very good situation Thanks anyway
This location needs improvement. There is always a long wait, the employees appear to be angry no one is smiling, orders are incorrect, coffee is cold, iced coffee is watery, salads appear to be made the night before (soggy and brown lettuce). Panera is not cheap fast food so the service shouldn't be sub par. This location needs a staff meeting with upper management and training on customer satisfaction and appreciation.
Food is very low quality. My chicken salad sandwich was dry and mealy. Price keeps climbing quality is declining. Go somewhere else.
Food was average, service was the slowest store I've ever been in. First time I waited 20 minutes for a bowl of Mac and cheese inside. Second time was an hour and 10 minutes to get my order in drive through... take a few lessons from chicfilet.... RIDICULOUS
