Tomatoes basil bread chicken Salad was amazing.
Went through drive through. Gave my rewards. We ordered 2 soups, 2 drinks. Came to over $23. We waited for 10 mins. Got no receipt, my drinks weren’t labeled and when I went to try and ask the lady what drink was what she closed the window in my face and as I sat there she ignored me. I won’t use this location again. I love Panera but that was one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve had. Then not have anything labeled and no receipt and nothing showing up in my emails or my rewards is frustrating.

Great selection of fresh food
I don't know why this place is so disorganized, and why nobody does anything about it. Come here once a week with friends, order a bagel and coffee. Having worked in the restaurant business for most of my life, the logical thing to do would be to take the receipt off of the printer, set it on the counter, and if there's a drink order put the empty cup on the receipt. Immediately. They can't even seem to do that. 5 minutes to get an empty cup, to Port my own coffee. Absolutely ridiculous.
