This Panera is the best Panera on Long Island, hands down. What really sets this location apart from the others is the staff--the manager, assistant managers, and all employees display considerable professionalism and caring on a level that is rarely seen in this business. I love coming here and having a great experience all the time. Honestly, the only downside is the one issue beyond their control--the prices.
