When I ordered the chicken noodle soup it was clearly cold all I wanted was a bowl of warm soup secondly when I ordered a drink, they gave me an empty cup if on the order they ask you what you want aren’t they supposed to fill it for you? And thirdly the wait was long but they weren’t even that busy also in the front area, there weren’t even any staff.

I come regularly. Seems often half their power outlets at the tables don't work. No kidding, I tried four and didn't work. Mentioned it to them a few times but still nothing. Customer Service seems not to care. I originally posted above in July and most power outlets still not fixed. Also, tables and floor often not cleaned. Come on franchise owner or corporate get on top of things. Could be a safety matter.
