They don't make up the napkin sometimes unless you asked also never provided honey unless you request
I asked for coffee because the container was empty. A little while later, a fresh pot of coffee was placed next to the counter, but the employee continued chatting with another customer for quite a while instead of letting me know or helping me. I kept waiting, but since I was running out of time, I had to ask another employee for assistance. It was frustrating because a simple acknowledgment or notification would have made a big difference.
The bread for my BLT was solid like plywood. The bacon was sparse.
The cinnamon crunch bagels are fantastic.
