First bad experience with panera. This branch cannot handle rush. Waste of time to come all over to this place with fuel and wasting time to find out that order will take 1 hr to complete and in the end food was not properly made. May need to avoid this branch on weekends in this area and might have to find other restaurants to save time and get quality food
I usually visit different Panera Bread locations, but I have never experienced such terrible service before. I ordered a coffee and waited 20 minutes just for my cup. They weren’t even busy like other Panera Bread locations. When I went to the counter to ask about my cup, one woman who was just standing around yelled at me to wait at the pickup area.
