I usually visit different Panera Bread locations, but I have never experienced such terrible service before. I ordered a coffee and waited 20 minutes just for my cup. They weren’t even busy like other Panera Bread locations. When I went to the counter to ask about my cup, one woman who was just standing around yelled at me to wait at the pickup area. I have been a long-time subscriber of the Sip Club and usually enjoy my visits. However, my recent experience left me very disappointed. I ordered coffee from the kiosk and approached the cashier to get my cup. Despite being ready to show my email confirmation, the cashier refused to provide me with the cup. The cups were right in front of her, but she was rude and insisted I “pick up and wait there.” I ended up waiting for 15 minutes until I finally approached the manager, who helped resolve the situation.
